At The Geek Side we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a friendly, professional and personal shopping experience for everyone. We are here to help, so you need only ask if there is something specific you are looking for, we'll only be happy to help. We treat each and every customer as a friend - with kindness and respect, and we hope to be treated the same in return.

CHILDREN
We MUST insist that young children are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Of course, we do our best to ensure safety of all of our customers, this is not always possible - especially during busy periods - so we must ask that parents and/or guardians do not leave children alone in our store while shopping elsewhere.
We must also remind parents and/or guardians that babies and children in prams and buggies are not to be left unaccompanied at any time.
CUSTOMER CARE
We've all found ourselves in a pinch at times, when cash machines are out of order or we've lost our bank cards! So as well as cash and all major credit/debit cards, we also accept the following methods of payment in store:
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Contactless payments up to £100.
PAYMENT METHODS
Responsibility for ensuring the validity of gift vouchers is with the customer. We are therefore unable to replace any lost, discarded or damaged vouchers.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. We are unable to honour any out of date vouchers.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Change cannot be given for items priced lower than the gift voucher, but a replacement for the balance can be provided from original date of purchase.
