Hello fellow geeks!
We hope you are well doing well and keeping safe. As you may be aware we had our fourth birthday last week and celebrated with a Harry Potter party (ob...viously). A week on we thought we'd share with you our big day!
It was a tough one, as we are still in the middle of a pandemic, due to COVID-19, we instead of going bigger on last year, we had to scale it back a bit with safety measures in place - but that didn't stop us or our amazing customers. It was an absolutely amazing day.

We had a fab selection of fancy dress outfits throughout the day. The efforts made by some were amazing, we were absolutely blown away. Here are some of our favourites!

We also held a raffle on the day for the chance to a wand of your choice. The winner was Matt Larter, and he chose Professor Trelawney's wand. We caught up with Matt, here's what he had to say:
How did you feel about winning our wand raffle?
"I was absolutely shocked, I never win anything so initially I hadn’t even checked the winning number against my own numbers. Of course as soon as I was notified I had to spend ages going through the Geek Side website to choose which one I wanted. Not an easy task with so many available!"
Why did you choose Professor Trelawney's wand?
"I have a preference for the more simple looking wands, the straight forward look of the wand with a few runes thrown in was very appealing. It is reminiscent of my first and favourite wand Sirius Blacks. I also liked how the swirl pattern is reminiscent of a unicorns horn.
"It’s not the wand I would have expected of Professor Trelawney to be honest, I would have expected her to have a very fancy overboard wand. I like that is a straightforward simple wand.
"It’s also an excuse for me to now collect the wands of all the other professors."
